Port-Harcourt top rising art Tzar has issued a notice warning to the general public after his picture was featured in an upcoming event without his consent and that of his management. The fast rising "Natty Music" front artiste took to his facebook page to decline having any knowledge of the event stating that legal actions will be taken against anyone or group of body found guilty of the act.
